Bérengère Malin comes to KEDGE Business School

KEDGE Business School announces the appointment of Bérengère Malin as Director of Corporate Relations & Entrepreneurship as of October 10, 2022. She is responsible for managing the activities in favor of student employability, business partnerships, the foundation, entrepreneurship, pedagogy through action also as the animation of the Alumni network. She joins the board.

Throughout her professional career, Bérengère Malin has built up solid experience in strategy, business development, sales, marketing and digital for BtoB and BtoC clients, within complementary environments: operational marketing and communication agencies, strategy and management consulting as well as SMEs and large groups .

Bérengère Malin graduated from the European Business School and an Executive MBA from HEC Paris. She began her career in 1991 in operational marketing agencies within BDDP/TBWA and DDB, where she held the position of Consulting Director. His experience designing and managing Air France’s first loyalty program gave him the fiber for customer relationship management that has become the common thread of his professional career. Thus, she joined EY Conseil/Capgemini Invent in 1999 within the Sales Marketing Strategy unit and then occupied various marketing, digital & communication and customer service departments from 2007 within Arval (BNP Paribas Group), Thalys International (SNCF Group) then Manpower France.

After an entrepreneurial break with VSEs and the creation in New Caledonia of a Think Lab to support entrepreneurship and employability, she joined HEC Paris in 2019 as Executive Director of Business Development and Sales of inter- and intra-company programs for Executive Education.

Within KEDGE, Bérengère Malin will be responsible for developing students’ employability by emphasizing learning through action, strengthening business partnerships, actively participating in strengthening economic ecosystems and promoting KEDGE’s research, as well as pursuing the development of all the school’s activities related to entrepreneurship. She will also be responsible for running the Alumni network and managing the KEDGE Business School Foundation for Responsible Management. All these missions are part of the strategic KEDGE 25 plan launched in 2020.

Bérengère Malin is a member of the KEDGE Management Committee and reports to Alexandre de Navailles, the school’s Director General.
