▷ How to build a profitable business from scratch?

This is a question that all beginners ask themselves. Anyone who dreams of making a living from their online business is frantically searching for the answer: How to create a profitable business in a few months when starting from scratch?

This series of steps is valid for any theme. This is literally what the greats in this game do and it works.

Who am I to tell you?

Because yes, the question of legitimacy is important for an article like this!

Glad, Lucien aka Capitaine Copy: 18-year-old copywriter trained with the greatest and studying commerce at the first IUT in France.

I spent thousands of dollars learning the business.

By following the process I’m about to give you, I know it’s only a matter of time before I do my part.

I am in contact with the biggest EVERY DAY. I see what works and I share it with you. Available.

Is it good for you?

Let’s go.

1/ Establish a clear positioning

The goal is to be clear. A necessity.

Everything else is the same:

Would you rather eat at a beast of a Neapolitan pizza machine?

Or eat a pizza at the station’s kebab shop.

In other words: do you want to have a good night out or take a tourist from hell?

It is quickly seen, and it must be the same for your company. Before you launch anything, take the time to clearly define your offering, your goal and your positioning.

Why is it so important to define all this?

Well, simply because you don’t speak the same way to a man as to a woman, mon capi.

Example: A woman wants to be toned, while a man wants to bulk up.

It’s simple, but you have to think about it.

If you focus ONE DAY on your offer, your positioning and your goal, you can do something super clean and get results much faster. Without it, no profitable business anytime soon.

2/ Make yourself known

Ok, this is the slightly more time consuming part, although some break through in just 1 month and are already brewing.

Maybe right now you are delivering maximum value on your blog or Facebook page, but no one is following you?

So to remedy this and give your lessons to a full room (just waiting for it), here are 3 strategies:

  • Write guest articles;
  • Post on LinkedIn;
  • Do interviews.

Do you know them?

Today it is clearly the most effective.

Write guest articles

You contact the big blogs about your topic by offering them an article related to it.

It’s win-win. He grabs free content, you get visibility.

This allows you to confirm your expertise “look at me, I publish on the biggest blog of [ta thématique] French! “

At the end of your article, slip in a small call to action to get subscribers to your list.

The best part of all this?

It is that they will be qualified registrants. Yes, they are on a blog with your theme, it is good that they are interested. They will be much easier to convert later.

Remember, we’re looking for buyers, not readers. Quality > quantity.

I know guys who earn +10k€/month with barely 1000 subscribers. If it is not a profitable business…

It is basically the same principle, but more suitable if you want to sell your services.

On LinkedIn you create a solid network super quickly and super easily.

At a rate of one post per day, which takes you 20 minutes to write, you can quickly become a figure of your theme.

We are only at the beginning of this platform, many are still unaware of its funky side.

Post about your theme or have fun telling anecdotes about your life and enjoy the benefits.

Interview the managers in your field

By doing this, you will capture a portion of the interviewee’s audience and visibility. He will be able to establish his expertise by answering your questions.

Again, it’s a win-win. You ask for a link to your channel or email list in the description and that’s it.

3/ Be regular

The most important thing, as with anything in reality, is to be regular.

If you publish hard for 2 months and then it’s radio silence until the end of the year… you’re not going to get very far.

On the other hand, if you follow the method carefully and you don’t give up, it will pay off.

My advice is to publish an article a week until 300 subscribers.

Besides articles, write 2 e-mails a week.

Neglecting his list is the worst mistake you can make:

You will contact them again several weeks later, they have forgotten about you and will all please unsubscribe from your first sales email. Not profitable.

Actually, I have good news for you.

You may not write 2, but only 1 email per week.

One of the two can only be to announce that you have published an article

Keep writing and creating regularly, it will work.

4/ Understand the audience

At this point, it’s cool, your subscribers drop and you start thinking about your first offer.

Don’t burn your wings my big guy.

Before you sell anything, make sure your audience needs it.

Before that ?

Start a maximum of surveys, calls and ask questions at the end of your emails.

Calls are clearly the most effective:

Your audience is handing you nuggets of persuasion on a silver platter in a purely unconscious way to such an extent that they won’t be able to resist begging you to let them send you money.

But the appeals are also the most difficult to implement. You need to know what questions to ask and how not to make it awkward.

That’s good, I have a secret document that summarizes all of this.

Pretty cool, right?

Click the yellow button up there, just below the pretty guy in purple, to catch your treasure☝.

In short, let’s go back…

Discovering the problems/desires of the audience is essential to be 100% sure to sell.

But before you make your offer, you need to prove your expertise.

I therefore advise you to publish videos (private if you prefer) that answer the ten most recurring problems of your audience. You post 1 a week, you show that you know, and you build a solid foundation for your profitable business.

Gives full value as it will take.

You already know the snowball effect.

Small tip: if you are on a rather visual theme (Example: Drawing).

Instagram privilege. Short and dynamic posts will be more interesting, even pictures are enough.

5/ Release your first product

Get your product out there that responds to the reader’s big problem using the information gathering method above (survey, calls, etc.), a well-rehearsed email sequence, an irresistible offer, and an optimized sales page = big profits.

Ultimately, this is the easiest part of building your profitable business.

Once you have a buying audience ready to jump on all your offers, life will be good.

Great strength for your projects, the most important thing is to TAKE ACTION. I can’t say it enough, it changed my life. Stay the course!
