The GIPS unit deals with Integrated Management of the Care Pathway. As part of the project to create the new Electronic Patient Record (DPI), you are responsible for conceptualizing needs in the form of function analyzes and their implementation in the tool. You act as an interface to the solution provider and its integration partner.


Business analyst:

  • Formalization of current processes as well as future processes based on a needs analysis;
  • Reflection on current processes with a view to designing future processes in collaboration with business IT references;
  • Actively participate in the optimization of processes, tools and working methods;
  • Participate in analysis and design of the DPI solution to be implemented;
  • Propose a good integration of the new DPI into the existing application landscape or for the implementation of new solutions that complement the DPI;
  • Check the compliance of the implemented solutions with the analyzed needs, in close cooperation with the project team and the business;
  • Be a privileged interlocutor for internal and external partners involved in the project;
  • Preparation of internal technical documents as well as those for end users;
  • Preparation of training and support documents (paper / e-learning);
  • Organize training and support for IT references and end users (paper / e-learning);

IT analyst:

  • Participate in the interoperability of DPI for the entire HIS, and this at different levels of the project: analysis, implementation, testing and validation;
  • Participate in the integration of DPI application modules at the interface and connector level, in project mode and then in maintenance;
  • Define the possible solutions with the different stakeholders by proposing the solution with the best ROI. (Return on Investment) ;
  • Analyze, model and transform administrative data to the DPI through a conversion matrix;
  • Manage and consolidate analytics as part of the DPI change;
  • Support for analyzes in connection with transversal and strategic projects Change management


  • You have a master’s degree in computer science or you have equivalent work experience;
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience within the healthcare sector and more specifically the hospital sector;
  • Experience with dpi setup is a plus;
  • Affinity with specific IT tools and concepts of interoperability; Technical knowledge: DBMS, BPMN, SQL, EAI,… ;
  • Functional and legal knowledge: Snomed CT, BMUC, NLB, DIRHM, E-Heath connections;
  • Business knowledge: LIS, RIS, PACS, NIS, pharmacy management, administrative and price management;
  • You have good communication skills both orally and in writing;
  • Knowledge of Dutch and/or English is an advantage;


  • Fixed contract;
  • Full time (38 hours/week);
