IGS Group – a major player in education and employment, via its business school, ICD Business School, aims to train 60 apprentices in the profession as a recruitment consultant.
At the end of their apprenticeship, these students will graduate in “Customer Relations and Marketing Management” (RNCP title level 7 – BAC+5).
The national launch of this campaign is in collaboration with Expectra, the subsidiary of the Randstad France group specializing in the recruitment of high skills. Expectra will welcome apprentices in its agencies who will be trained in their future jobs as recruiters. Apprentices who have successfully completed the training will be offered permanent employment opportunities.
The implemented pedagogy will be built around learning methods in hybrid mode, or blended learning, which is the result of a combination of online courses and face-to-face training. The learning will take place on a synchronous and asynchronous model, including courses led by teachers from ICD Business School and by Expectra speakers.
“ It’s a partnership that creates a lot of enthusiasm in our teams. It embodies our values and illustrates our calling to professionalize our students. We train them in craft and counseling, and this course, as it has been put together, will enable work study students in this promotion, including in the lessons and scenarios designed, to be as close as possible to the profession for which they preparing. A competence orientation is given clearly and very deliberately for this course. The teams at ICD Business School are mobilized to implement innovative teaching methods and implement the support system with the requirements adapted to the success of this project. » exactly Faroudja Bouchetouf, Director of ICD Business School.
” Faced with a strained recruitment market, which sees companies’ expectations evolve as well as the demands of candidates, Expectra strengthens its teams by building together with IGS Group a training course dedicated to the profession of recruitment consultant. Integrated in our agencies, the apprentices will acquire the theoretical and practical knowledge essential for the practice of their profession. Once they graduate, these future recruiters will join Expectra teams across France. I wish the best of luck to all the students in this first grade! » says Khaled Aboulaich, CEO of Expectra
