But on a completely personal basis, I found a huge reason for satisfaction. For the first time in almost fifteen years, I put my posterior on a bicycle saddle. And even though it is electrically assisted, I regained feelings that I thought I had lost and a strong desire to pedal. As an impression, not that I live again, but that I add a plus to an already very full life: the physical effort that I had forgotten for too long.
