(AOF) – Atos has announced the strengthening of its management to carry out its strategic project. Following the announcement of Rodolphe Belmer’s resignation on June 14, the Board of Directors decided to appoint a new management team to take up their duties from today. This management team will consist of Nourdine Bihmane, Group Chief Executive Officer, with immediate effect, and co-CEO with responsibility for the Tech Foundations activity, the improvement of operational performance and in particular cash generation.
It also includes Diane Galbe, Deputy General Manager of the group responsible for managing strategic projects and all the group’s support functions.
In addition, Philippe Oliva, co-CEO with responsibility for the Digital, Big Data and Security activity, as well as acceleration and innovation plan for these growth activities. Philippe Oliva retains his office as Deputy CEO of the group.
They will carry out their respective tasks under the supervision of the Management Board and, with regard to the strategic project, of the ad hoc committee set up within it.
