London [UK]April 16 (ANI / PNN): A unique 3-week online course has been launched for design students, focusing on designing entertainment venues in the meta-verse. Design Futures Foundation (DFF), USA, in collaboration with Dezact, UK and Avani Institute of Design, India, launched the online course entitled “MetaPlay” to promote the potential and viability of new technologies such as parametric design and modeling tools and reality / virtual reality tools. This unique global online course is scheduled to be delivered in 3 phases over three weeks. MetaPlay is intended to be a microdesign studio that equips participants with powerful digital and parametric modeling skills and exposure to game engines and CGI tools in the AEC industry.
At MetaPlay, participants will learn hands-on skills in building the digital world directly from industry experts. The list of directors includes names such as Akshay Goyal (founder of Tron Labs and partner in Architron Group), Ping-Hsiang Chen (chief architect at Zaha Hadid Architects), Vineeth TK (lecturer at Avani Institute of Design), Cherylene M. Shangpliang (Designer at Zaha Hadid Architects, London), Zehao Qin (Design Systems Analyst in Applied Research + Development (ARD) group at Foster + Partners, London). In addition, at the end of the 6-day workshop, students must design and build projects on an architectural scale in a virtual environment. The final assessment and exhibition work will take place on the closing day and will consist of experts such as Mayur Mistry, Richard Chou, Saenawee Chatameteewong and Amit Gupta. Students from multiple countries are expected to participate in this global design workshop, and by attending the course, students will not only receive behind-the-scenes exposure to create entertainment venues for future metaverse and crypto, but will also be certified as metaverse designers.
Speaking of this unique workshop, Akshay Goyal, co-founder of the Design Future Foundation (DFF) and Dezact, shares, “Organizing this workshop globally in partnership with the Avani Design Institute is an absolute honor for us. World, the web 3.0 revolution has awakened huge interest in smart contracts, virtual metaverse platforms and everything else NFT Virtual worlds like Decentraland and Sanbox have experienced a wave of activity and metaverse has emerged as a disruptive technological trend destined to transform our future society by influencing the way we live, work and play. Over the next decade, people will increasingly seek out immersive virtual experiences that push consumers and brands into the meta-verse. In such a scenario, the MetaPlay course expects to trigger a game-changing experience, enabling virtual designers and developers of this future. “

While presenting the world with unprecedented operational challenges, the world embraced many cultural shifts faster than expected, and Metaverse is one of “As a result, more tech giants around the world are now creating Metaverse for users. In this frame of reference, the MetaPlay course is a platform for the next generation of digital architects and designers to learn the ins and outs of Metaverse. industry experts.” Vineeth TK, professor at Avani University, pointed out that “The Avani Institute has been at the forefront of experiments and international collaboration in the Indian context. The MetaPlay course was introduced in a similar spirit and will allow virtual designers, architects and developers to explore the gaming industry. digital modeling tools and workflows to hone their skills in designing future virtual worlds. The course will enable participants to create an immersive digital environment that welcomes people into a shared virtual world.
